Lawn Fawn: Hedgehugs!

Holiday Hedgehugs by Kim Jackson

Hi there! This little hedgie has a surprise—his spines are covered in glitter! It’s a bit hard to see in the photo, but this is such an easy way to add a holiday touch to any stamped image. A little glitter… and he’s a holiday hedgie! I simply colored his back with a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush. (Which is, by the way, my absolutely favorite new thing in the world!) This card is a small and sweet 3-1/2″ square. The perfect size for tucking into a gift!

A quick note on the greeting. I masked off the “s” from “Holidays” in the Winter Penguin set and cut apart the “Sending Hedgehugs” stamp. I’m a huge fan of cutting apart clear stamps to separate the words. That way, I can quickly use just part of the greeting, reposition the words to fit around images, or put it back together on an acrylic block to use it as it came.
